Thanks Joe!

Your blog is awesome. I go there all the time. I love the latest drawing of the guy in the rain.

It's good to be in touch!

Julie,

You've got the guts to post what you're really feeling inside. I sometimes wonder if our art is therepy for our depression. Not the b.s. commercial work, but the rare insightful work one gets while in the "zone".

Keep posting, I'll keep coming back.

p.s. Comic-Con was AWESOME!, I had to nap all weekend just to catch up on my beauty rest. ;)

Hey there Julia. I pond hopped around and landed on your blog. Great still life. I love your "Change" painting. It's what I imagine my 7 month old might look like on a rainy day by the window. Your drawings and paintings have the look of materializing from nowhere. Almost like ground charcoal was dropped onto the canvas and the picture just showed up. That means you have some great talent. Keep it up! I'll be back.

Yeah,...for better or worse,....that thing that gives us our creativity also makes us ultra sensitive to the world around us. We tend to feel things strongly.Let your personal art be a channel for that. (Beautifull work by the way.)
